I really need to do something about my procedure days. Today would have been manageable if not for our 2 hour doctor meeting, and most days I struggle to keep up without that to blame. I hate putting undue stress on our staff, I hate keeping them late at work, and I hate feeling that kind of pressure to try and finish in time. The saddest things I've had to deal with is listening to one of our technicians call her young son to say she is still needed at work and that he should go to bed and she'll give him a kiss when she gets home tonight. It's just heartwrenching!
